What it does: it makes small "up or down" bets on a crypto coin's price every 15 minutes, automatically, on Kalshi. You pick the coin and how it bets, and it runs on our server 24/7 so you don't have to watch.
📕 The words, in plain English (read this first):
• 📝 Paper = practice mode. Fake money, real prices. You cannot lose a cent. Always start here.
• 🔴 Live = real money from your real Kalshi account. Only after you've practiced.
• Running = the bot is on and placing bets. Stopped (inactive) = it's paused and doing nothing.
• Martingale = bets up or down every round; if it loses, it doubles the next bet to win it back. Higher risk.
• Endgame = only bets in the last few minutes of a round when our data shows a small edge. Flat bets, never doubles. Lower risk.
• First bet $ = how much the very first bet risks. Stop-loss = the bot shuts off if it loses this many dollars. Cap % = a doubled bet can never cost more than this share of your balance (default 25%).
① Set your money. In Step 1, type how much you're playing with. Tap "Use it" — that fills in the safe bet size for you. Don't change it bigger; bigger = risky.
② Practice first (free). In Step 4, leave mode on 📝 Paper (fake money, real prices). Tap 🚀 Save & start. Watch it in 📊 Your results over a few 15-min rounds. You can't lose real money here.
③ Go real (only when you're ready):
• Make a real Kalshi account at kalshi.com (not the Demo Environment) and add a little money ($20–50).
• On Kalshi: click your profile icon (top-right) → Account/Profile Settings (kalshi.com/account/profile) → find API Keys → Create New API Key.
• Kalshi shows you a Key ID and a Private Key that downloads as a .txt file — you only see the private key once, so save that file. Open it with Notepad/TextEdit to see the -----BEGIN…END----- text.
• Back here in Step 3 → Link account: pick Kalshi, paste the Key ID in "API key" and the whole private key text (the entire -----BEGIN…END----- block) in "API secret." Tap Link.
• In Step 4 switch mode to 🔴 Live, keep it tiny, tap Save & start.
Coinbase or Kraken instead? Same idea — make a trade-only API key on their site (never allow withdrawals), paste key + secret in Step 3.
Managing your bots: in 🤖 Your bots you can filter by system (Martingale/Endgame), status (Running/Stopped), and Live/Paper, then Start, Stop, or Delete several at once with the checkboxes. Deleting a bot keeps its past results. Stop is the instant kill switch — it never loses money that isn't already bet.
Golden rules: practice on Paper first · use the "safe bet" number · start tiny · set a stop-loss · only money you can afford to lose. Two systems: Endgame is the lower-risk edge play; Martingale can win a lot or lose a lot — you're the adult, you decide. To stop everything, filter to Running and tap Stop, or sign out.
📊 What our live data says
• Endgame is the only proven edge — flat bets, auto up/down, ~84% win where it holds (HYPE, NEAR, ETH are strongest live). Crypto-only for now.
• Reversal / martingale has no proven edge and the worst blow-up tail — the low-end coins we once thought were safe were actually the worst (ZEC 34%, BNB 41%). It can win most bets and still lose money on one streak. Treat it as a toy, not income.
• Up / Down are coin flips (~50%) — no edge, just whichever way the market's going that day.
• Active hours 9a–9p trade best; overnight has the deepest blow-ups — use "Run during".
• Always keep the cap and a stop-loss on. Never run UP and DOWN on the same coin — one side always bleeds.

🎲 Traditional Martingale — no guardrails, your call
Pure doubling. Pick the market, the first bet, up or down, and go. It bets at the first second of each window at ~50/50, then doubles after every loss until it wins or runs out. No cap, no stop-loss, no edge filter. High risk by design.
📉 Real data: 9am–9pm is best, 9pm–9am is worst — overnight lost −$1,900+ across our live accounts vs about flat in the day, and Kalshi takes 1–2 hrs to settle overnight which stalls the doubling. Run Active 9a–9p.
Only 15-min markets trade live on Kalshi. Live needs a linked key. This one has the cap OFF on purpose — it can drain the balance on a long streak.

2Launch your bot
Martingale bets every window and doubles after losses. Endgame Auto reads the live price vs the strike and only bets the ~78–82¢ edge pocket (10–5 min left) — the one setup our data shows profits after fees.
Heads up: "Reversal" wins the most bets (~67%) but can lose the most money — when a streak keeps going, the doubling stacks up. None of these has a proven edge; that's the Endgame's job.
⏱️ Entry: this bot fires right at the window open, only when the price is ≈50¢ (the "cent mark"), and skips the window if the price has already run away. That's the one entry where the doubling can actually recover a loss (a win pays ~2×). You choose the direction (up / down / reversal) above. To wait for the high-confidence 78–82¢ pocket instead, use Endgame.
Stop-loss stops this bot once its total losses reach that dollar amount — your choice, and note it can cut a Martingale recovery short. Max-bet cap never lets one doubled bet cost more than that share of your real balance; if a double would exceed it, the bot resets to the first bet instead of locking up. Leave the cap on — it's what stops a cold streak from draining the account.

Scale-in lets the bot keep adding to a winning-side position each time the edge re-fires, but only while the price is still in the cheap pocket (≤82¢). The moment it climbs past 82¢ it stops adding — so you never overpay. Off = one bet per 15-min window (the original behavior).
The bot auto-stops after this long. "Forever" keeps running until you hit Stop (kill switch below). You can stop any bot at any time, even when live.
On Kalshi this trades the live 15-min up/down market for the coin you picked in Step 1. "Reversal" waits for a streak, then fades it; "Always up/down" bets every 15 min.
Doubles after a loss, resets to your safe bet after each win. Runs on our server. Kill switch: sign out or set mode to paper.
